How long does it take to receive my order?

ORIGINALS: Depending on the size of the art, please allow 1-7 days for processing and packaging before your order ships. And once it’s ready to go, you will be notified via email along with your tracking number. Orders ship from Los Angeles, CA.

MADE TO ORDER: If you see this in the product description it means this item is made especially for you once you place the order, so it may take a little longer to ship… but not too long :-) . Regardless, you will always receive an email notification once you order is on the way.

Where do you ship?

ORIGINALS: Within the US only.

MADE TO ORDER: Worldwide.

Can I return or exchange my order?

ORIGINALS: All sales are final, so no returns or exchanges are accepted.

MADE TO ORDER: If you are not happy with your order, please send and email to hello@cortneyherron.com for further instructions.

*If an order is lost or damaged, please send an email to hello@cortneyherron.com right away. You must also file a damage claim with the carrier, including photos to receive a full refund.
